Bear Mountain Ski Hill was looking to enhance their building to create additional room and a larger roof. The additions they required included; a new concrete pad, concrete ramps, stairs, extended roof and specialty wood work with cedar. We prepped the dirt work so there was a slab thickening around the exterior of the pad. We then wet set the jack posts that were sitting on steel pads, these were supporting the weight of the roof.
